Legislative Session - Rescheduled
Legislative Session is now March 20, 2010.
Regarding Registration - from the MASC Registrar:
With the date of the 2010 MASC Legislative Session moved to March 20th, advisors have some time to confirm, adjust, and add to their delegations attending. Some schools who had conflicts on the earlier dates may now find that they are able to attend this year’s session after all, and can register anew. As we finalize registration for Legislative Session, please carefully consider the information that follows.
(please click "Read More..." for important details)
All advisors of delegations currently registered should receive an email by Tuesday, March 2nd, with a Registration Status Report in .pdf format attached to it. This report will inform you of the information currently in the registration data base. Advisors should review it carefully and take one or more of the following steps as appropriate.
- If your delegation registration is correct, there is nothing else you need to do unless you show a balance due. That must be resolved by a March 10th postmark.
- If you need to make substitutions, you will need to first inform the Registrar exactly who is no longer coming so their registration can be cancelled, and then go to the online registration website (link above) and register your substitutes. THERE IS NO NEED TO RE-REGISTER THOSE ALREADY ON YOUR STATUS REPORT.
- If you are adding attendees to your delegation, remember that you may bring twice the number of your allotted votes, simply go to the online registration website (link above) and register your additional attendees. Again, THERE IS NO NEED TO RE-REGISTER THOSE ALREADY ON YOUR STATUS REPORT.
- If your school is no longer able to send a delegation, send the Registrar an email informing him of that decision. Registration monies submitted will be refunded.
- If you are registering for the first time, then go to the online registration website (link above) and register your delegation following the instructions provided on the site.
- If your Registration Status Report shows a balance due, this must be resolved by a March 10th postmark. Please contact the Registrar with any questions regarding the balance due.
Dates and deadlines have been adjusted accordingly.
